Once upon a time, Argain

The name of the firm was inspired by the Arguin bank, on the Arcachon basin, a sand bank whose shape changes every year according to the winds and tides. From the beginning, Argain's objective was to be a company capable of adapting to the market and the context of its clients while keeping the human aspect at the heart of its values.

Start of the adventure

Since its creation, the firm has specialized in project and process management. It is in consulting and training that Argain finds its origins and forges its DNA for the years to come.

Argain has formed a partnership with Afnor Compétence, a true testament to the firm's expertise and know-how.

Argain meets with Alan

The Argain team joins Alan Allman Associates, which allows it to focus on its core business while relying on the transversal functions provided by this new ecosystem.

Passing the torch

Benjamin, a business school graduate with extensive experience in banking and M&A, joined the firm as a Business Manager in 2013 and took the helm at the end of 2015.

A Happy At Work year

The firm's growth is in full swing and the quality of life at work has been rewarded with Happy At Work® certification! This label testifies to the renewed confidence of our talents: motivation, smiles, belonging, challenge and trust.

The team is expanding!

The Argain team grew to include over 50 talents! That same year, we were once again awarded Happy At Work® certification.

Our Ecosystem

Argain joined the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem in 2011. This organization manages a portfolio of 26 independent brands specialized in a sector and/or business, located in France, Canada, Benelux and Singapore.

Alan Allman Associates acts as a true support to the firms in the ecosystem, most of which are consulting firms. This organization allows the firms to grow and develop in the best conditions by helping them to create the synergies necessary for the ecosystem to function properly. Involved in the key stages of development, Alan Allman Associates defines a growth strategy with the managers of these companies and supports the management in the development of each company.
