ARGAIN worked for this major client in the aeronautics industry on the reflection and structural orientations associated with the redesign of its Process/Organization business repository. The objectives of the assignment were to conduct a critical analysis of the existing repository, to study the market solutions that could support it and to build a demonstrator to validate the relevance of the operation.

Definition of the master plan and strategy of a Group ISD

ARGAIN assisted the Director of the Corporate IT Department of this automotive equipment manufacturer in updating its 5-year master plan and developing the corresponding budget forecast. The objectives of the assignment were to challenge the initial orientations of the plan in line with the company's strategic objectives for the period, then to co-construct the target plan in a collaborative approach and finally to evaluate the corresponding budgets.

Argain was asked by the IT department of a banking group to help them take stock of their existing service agreements, define a global SLA for the new organization and update the application SLAs on the basis of 10 selected by the group:

Framing and inventory: literature review
SLA analysis and writing:
- Interviews with experts and detailed analysis of existing ALS
- GLOBAL SLA construction as well as the SLAs of the 10 selected applications
Capitalization of the results obtained and restitution :
- Identify improvement actions on applicable SLA documents
- Writing the summary of the mission report and sharing it with the client
