Our interventions in Project Management have consisted, first, in rolling out or improve the project and the portfolio or the programme modes by modifying repositories of methodological and organisational standards, always based on existing material and sometimes on one or several standards (best practices, methods or norms such as PMI, Prince 2, SCRUM) for which we have designed tools to evaluate maturity.

Our service of consulting generally starts with a thorough diagnosis followed by recommendations of which we can support the implementation through coaching and tutoring followed by the evaluation of project managers, therefore constituting a complete scheme of professionalisation.
Thanks to this recognised expertise, ARGAIN has had the opportunity to build a partnership with AFNOR Compétences in 2006 on designing and implementing an offer of training in project management (catalogue and tailored).
Beyond consulting and training, we also offer the intervention of actors in operational management of projects (Director/Project Manager, coordinators, PMO for planning and budgets) who can bring in methodological support to the teams.
On top of that, our expertise in steering projects enables us to interact with PMO’s to follow-up projects or portfolios in terms of budget, planning, workload schedule, and resources.
